Record Store Day 2017 - The Vinyl Frontier
Eastbourne’s largest independent vinyl record shop is taking part in Record Store Day again this year on April 22nd. The Vinyl Frontier’s doors will therefore open earlier than usual at 8am on Saturday and, once again, we’re selling the majority of titles on this year’s 2017 RSD list.
Remember, the rules state we can only sell one copy of each title per customer on a strictly first-come first-served basis. So in other words we can’t reserve stock for you, you have to visit the shop in person. It’s therefore best to arrive early so as to avoid disappointment.
Because of this, we’ll be providing free hot drinks and cake to those queuing before the doors open but our trained barristas will be on hand to serve speciality espressos, lattes and cappuccinos all day. If coffee’s not your thing, our bar will open from noon till 6pm so you can choose from a selection of quality lagers, craft ales and wines.
Live Music In Store All Day
As well as a star-studded line-up of live music and DJ sets to entertain you throughout the afternoon, we’re also putting on our legendary after party with no fewer than 8 top DJs at The Dew Drop Inn on South Street. Entry is free so it’s therefore bound to be a busy night. Details of the event can be found on Facebook so why not hit the “I’m going” button to act as a reminder?
Largest Vinyl Record Shop In Eastbourne
In addition to the 100s of Record Store Day titles available at The Vinyl Frontier, we’ve over 1,000 new vinyl records to choose from plus over 5,000 used LPs, 12″ and 7″ singles in stock along with our usual range of turntables, amplifiers, speakers, vinyl care accessories and magazines for music lovers.
The Vinyl Frontier staff will be on hand to make your day as enjoyable as possible and we’d like to wish all our customers a very happy 10th Record Store Day – happy hunting vinyl lovers.
